At Hope Rising Youth Residential, our mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed, structured therapeutic care to adolescent girls facing mental health challenges, fostering resilience, healing and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.

Licensed Care
Hope Rising Youth Residential is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. We prioritize safety and quality care in our residential programs for youth.
